Functional anatomy

A functional anatomy based approach provides a solid and structured framework for identifying weaknesses. We help you to integrate a wide range of contemporary exercise techniques into your daily practice by providing a step-by-step and safe approach to exercise progression.

Kinetic chain

A structured approach helps you understand how functional anatomy affects different joints and parts of the body. You can focus on the different joints by choosing the right type of exercise. This helps to build on the previous exercise step by step. We show you how to progress and how to back off (regress) if you go too far.

Dance!

Dancing puts a lot of strain on the body. A tailored series of exercises helps you prepare and improve your individual performance, whether it's jumping, spinning or other ballet movements.

" Dance has brought me a lot of joy in my life, but I have suffered many injuries and several of them have been recurring. After a long search, I found the exercises that suited my body's weaknesses and helped prevent recurring injuries. With a stronger and more stable body, I was able to prepare for rehearsals more effectively and perform more confidently on the stage. "

WHY US?

Reka FARKASHAZI

actress, presenter

" I was a little nervous when Zsuzsi asked me to try it, as it had been about 20 years since I had last moved more acitvely, at a rather amateur level, but I was eager to feel the harmony and femininity of the movements, in spite of the joint and spinal problems that come with pregnancy and the passage of time. And guess what, it turns out that it's not a matter of age and shape!..."

Zsofia GYaRMATI

Soliost of the Hungarian National Ballet, ballet mistress

"My ballet artist colleague Zsuzsanna Bokor introduced me to retoning classes and with the help of personalized exercises and tailored to my body, I can maintain my body and avoid further injuries during my more than 20 years of professional dance career!..."

Vivien NARAY

pilates trainer, Graz, Austria

"I remember, I was one of the youngest in the class, yet every posture "problem" was presentable on me.
But I was so buzzing with the desire to know and believe in the change and the success of the programme that I didn't give up! Everyone needs to get to know Zsuzsanna and the way she teaches and helps me integrate the knowledge and apply what I have learned on a daily basis!"

INGRID BOTLÓOVÁ

"Super quality education and a helpful, professional team! Thanks to Zsuzsi for the knowledge I have gained so far! I can't wait to continue!"
